Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. 

Invitation Letter
An invitation letter can be emailed to those that require this for their Visa applications. Once you have registered and paid, please email the Programme Managers at apmp2019@arinex.com.au requesting this.

Name badge
Each member of the Programme will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. Only the Symposium and FG Workshops are open to the general public, all other meetings are ‘closed’ meetings.

Payment by Credit Card
• Payment by credit card is the preferred method of payment.
• All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as “Conference by Arinex”.
• We offer SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology & 2048 bit data encryption to protect your personal information and credit card details.

Please note we are unable to accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer.

 

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the APMP 2019 Programme Managers at apmp2019@arinex.com.au

Registration Fees
Cancellations before 7 November 2019 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 7 November 2019 will receive no refund.

Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.

Accommodation Fees
One night’s deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable as at 25 October 2019

Social
Payments are non-refundable as at 7 November 2019

The programme is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the programme or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the programme timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation nor the Programme Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Programme Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the programme for promotional, advertising or reporting of the programme and/or its content at their sole discretion.

Registration fees do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the event and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include:

  • Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the event or through the cancellation of the event,
  • Loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason,
  • Loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia,
  • Failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay,
  • Force Majeure or any other reason,
  • Medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover),
  • Loss or damage to personal property,
  • Additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered,
  • Medical expenses.

The Programme Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
